In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to access and understand your campaign's reporting and analytics. Follow these steps to gain insights into your campaign's performance.
Once your campaign is sent out, navigate from your newsletters table screen to the hamburger option.
Click on "Info" to view an overview of your email's content, including the status, subject, sender, and content.
You can send a test email to see how the campaign's content appears in your inbox and verify the recipients.
Check the number of emails sent, opened, and clicked.
View unique opens and unique clicks, along with their percentages compared to the total sent.
Analyze engagement over time using the interaction graph.
Use the playtime graph to see how interactions have occurred.
Geo Stats: Identify the countries where your campaign has been accessed.
Device Stats: Determine the types of devices used to open your campaign.
Skimmed: Emails opened for 2 to 8 seconds.
Glanced: Emails opened for less than 2 seconds.
Read: Emails opened for more than 8 seconds.
View the heat map to see user clicks and interactions in specific regions. You can share the heat map by copying the link provided.
Device Access: View the number of users accessing your email via different devices, such as computers and mobiles.
Most Clicked Links: Analyze which links received the most clicks.
Email Client Stats: Discover the browsers used to access your email.
Access a list of contacts who have opened, sent, or clicked your email.
Use the export option to download specific categories of emails, which will be sent to your email.
If warm-up is enabled in your campaign, view day-by-day progress of emails sent, opened, clicked, and bounced. You can also see future performance plans and export them in a table format for easy access.
