How to Create Embedded Forms in SendX

In this video, we will learn how to create embedded forms in SendX. Follow these steps to create your own embedded form:

Step 1: Access Embedded Forms

1. Click on the Forms option in the navigation bar.

2. Select Embedded Form from the options available.

Step 2: Create a New Form

1. Click on Create Forms.

2. Name your form as desired.

3. Choose your goal:

   • Convert visitors to subscribers

   • Drive more traffic to a specific page

   For this guide, we will choose to convert visitors to subscribers.

Step 3: Design Your Form

1. Select a design that you like.

2. Customize the following elements:

   • Title

   • Description

   • Button

   • Closed Text

   • Post Action Title

   • Post Action Description

   • Background

   • Other properties

3. Enable GDPR and reCAPTCHA options if needed.

Step 4: Add Fields

1. Add fields to your form. For example, add a field for First Name.

2. Include checkboxes and dropdowns as required.

Step 5: Customize the Success Page

1. Decide how you want the success page to appear.

2. Hit Continue to proceed.

Step 6: Targeting and Success Page Settings

1. Determine the audience for your form:

   • Who should see the form?

   • Who should not see the form?

2. On the success page, decide where to add contacts who fill out your form. For instance, add them to an existing list named Subscribers.

3. Toggle on the status to make your embedded form visible.

Step 7: Finalize and Embed

1. Choose whether to do nothing or redirect to a URL after form submission.

2. Click on Create Form to finalize.

3. Embed the form on your website as needed.
