How to Create a Segment Using Custom Fields with Multiple Conditions

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of creating a segment using custom fields with multiple conditions in SendX.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Audience Tab:
   • Click on the Audience tab in the navigation bar.
   • Select Segments from the drop-down menu under the Audience tab.
2. Create a New Segment:
   • Click on the + Create Segment button in the top right corner.
   • Enter a name for your segment in the name field.
3. Add Conditions to Your Segment:
   • Click on the + New Group button to add a new condition group for your segment.
   • Click on the + Add Condition button to add a new condition to the segment.
   • Select Custom Fields from the Choose an Entity drop-down menu.
4. Define Custom Field Conditions:
   • Click on the + New Group button to add a new group of conditions.
   • Select Sex from the Choose an Action drop-down menu.
   • Choose Equal from the sex condition drop-down menu.
   • Input the desired value in the text field under the sex condition.
5. Save and Update Contacts:
   • Click Save to apply the condition to the segment.
   • Click on the Update Contacts button to refresh the contacts list.
6. Refine Your Segment:
   • Click on the + Add Condition button to add a new condition to the segment.
   • Select Custom Fields from the drop-down menu to specify a custom field condition.
   • Select Age from the condition section of the form.
   • Choose Greater from the operations drop-down options.
   • Enter a value in the field next to the greater condition in the form.
7. Finalize Your Segment:
   • Click the Save button in the form to save the condition.
   • Click the Update Contacts button to refresh the segment contacts list.
   • Press the Create Segment button to save your new segment.
