Import and Map Contacts from CSV to Audience List/Tag

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of importing and mapping contacts from a CSV file into your audience list.
Select Lists:
Navigate to the audience tab and select lists from the drop-down menu.
Import Contacts:
Click on the import button for the list you want to add contacts to.
Upload CSV File:
Drag and drop a CSV file or click to choose a file to upload your contacts.
Continue After Upload:
Click on the continue button after the file has been uploaded successfully.
Auto-Mapping:
Contacts will be auto-mapped based on the CSV file column headers. If not mapped, proceed to the next step.
Choose Mapping:
Click on the choose mapping drop-down to add the new country custom field.
Map or Create Fields:
Type "country" in the search box to map or create the country field.
Select "create field country text" to create a new text field for the country column.
Repeat similarly for other columns.
Add Tags:
For adding a tag to a contact, map it to the tags field.
Complete Mapping:
Click on complete to finish the mapping process and proceed.
Import Contacts:
Wait for the contacts to be imported from the CSV file as indicated by the notification pop-up.
View Contact Details:
Click on the info button next to a contact's name to view their details.
Verify Mapped Fields:
Now the mapped custom fields and tags are added to the contact.
