How to Schedule an RSS Campaign Effectively
In this video, we will explore how to schedule an RSS campaign effectively. When you are on the schedule screen, either creating or editing an RSS campaign, you will see three options to schedule this campaign: sending daily, sending weekly, and sending monthly.
Send Daily
- Set up your time zone.
- Choose the preferred time for the RSS campaign to go out.
- Option to exclude specific days.
For example, if you set the campaign to go out every day at 10 AM in the Asia/Colombo time zone but exclude Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, here's how it works:
- The first RSS execution happens on Monday morning at 10 AM, sending out all posts from the last 24 hours.
- On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, the campaign will not send out any posts.
- On Friday morning at 10 AM, it will consider all posts from Monday 10 AM to Friday 10 AM and send them out.
- On Saturday, it will consider posts from Friday to Saturday, and on Sunday, from Saturday to Sunday.
Send Weekly
- Choose your time zone.
- Select the preferred time.
- Pick the day of the week for the campaign to go out.
Send Monthly
- Choose your time zone.
- Select the preferred time.
- Pick the preferred date of the month for the campaign to go out.
Note: If you select the 29th, 30th, or 31st, remember that these dates are not present in all months.
That's it for this video. Thank you for watching.
