How to Enable the Custom Reply Add-On in SendX

Steps to Enable Custom Reply Add-On

1. Toggle on the custom reply add-on in SendX.

2. Create a new newsletter or duplicate an existing one.

3. In the newsletter creation interface, look for the "Reply To" option.

4. Add your desired reply-to email address. For example, you can set it as "info@sendx.io".

Once you have set the reply-to email, whenever a recipient replies to your newsletter, their response will be directed to the specified email address.
