How to Create and Customize an Embedded Form for Your Website

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Forms Management Dashboard:
    • Click on the Forms button located in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
    • This will take you to the Forms Management dashboard where all your forms are displayed.
  2. Create a New Form:
    • Click on the Create Form button.
    • After clicking, the Select Form Type page will appear.
    • Select the Embedded Form option and click Next.
  3. Name Your Form:
    • Name your embedded form. Let's call it Subscribe Now Form.
    • Choose the type of goal you want to achieve via this form, such as converting visitors to subscribers or driving more traffic to your page.
    • For this tutorial, choose Converting Visitors to Subscribers and click Next.
  4. Select a Template:
    • On the next page, you will see a range of professionally designed templates.
    • Explore them and select the one that aligns with your website.
    • You can preview any template by clicking the Preview button.
    • Once you have made your selection, click on the Select Template button.
  5. Customize Your Form:
    • Change the title to Subscribe to Our Newsletter.
    • Increase the font size and change the font to something better.
    • Update the description to Stay Updated with the Latest News and Exclusive Offers.
    • Customize the button text to Just Subscribe and change the border radius to 12 pixels.
    • Change the button color to light purple and the font color to white.
    • Change the field design by adjusting the border radius to 12 pixels and the font color to black.
  6. Save and Continue:
    • Click Save and Continue.

  7. Configure the Success Page:
    • Choose the contact list to which new subscribers will be added.
