In this video, we will explore how to set and track goals within a workflow to effectively measure progress and improvements over time. By creating complex pathways in your workflow, you can allow your contacts to follow it based on certain conditions, meeting all your needs for automations and emails accordingly.
Setting a goal in your workflow allows you to track progress effectively. For example, you might want to track how many of your contacts going through the workflow are successfully added to your list of event attendees. This helps you see how many contacts have reached a specific point and how many have exited the workflow.
Define Your Goal: Decide what you want to track. For instance, tracking signups for an event.
Name Your Workflow: Give your workflow a meaningful name, such as "Signups Workflow."
Activate Your Workflow: After naming your workflow, activate it by hitting the publish button. This will allow the workflow to start processing contacts.
Once your workflow is activated, you can monitor its progress:
Enrolled Contacts: See how many contacts have entered your workflow.
Active State: Check how many contacts are in an active state, meaning they are between each node or step.
Exited Contacts: Track how many contacts have exited the workflow.
Completed Workflow: Measure how many contacts have successfully completed the workflow.
By following these steps, you can effectively set and track goals within your workflow, ensuring you meet your objectives and measure improvements over time. Thank you for watching!
