Creating and Managing Email Campaigns With Dynamic Sender and Contact List

The Dynamic Sender feature in SendX allows you to personalize your emails by sending them from different sender names and email addresses, based on each contact's assignment. This helps improve trust, engagement, and overall email deliverability. Follow the steps below to enable and configure the Dynamic Sender feature inside your SendX dashboard.
Access Settings:
Click on the profile icon in the navigation bar.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Enable Dynamic Sender:
In the Settings menu, click on Add-ons.
Enable the Dynamic Sender option.
Navigate to Audience:
Navigate to the Audience tab in the navigation bar.
Click on Audience.
Format and Import CSV File:
Before proceeding, ensure your CSV file is formatted correctly to map contacts by SxSender name.
Import the CSV file into a list by selecting Import from the drop-down menu.
In the CSV import section, click Choose a file to upload your contacts.
Click Continue after the file upload is successful to proceed.
Map Contacts:
Map the contacts into SendX. The sender's name and email should be mapped automatically.
Click the Complete button at the bottom of the form.
Select and Send Newsletter:
From the Campaigns drop-down, select Newsletters.
Send a newsletter as you normally would.
Click the Send button.
Dynamic Sender in Action:
With the Dynamic Sender enabled, the campaign will be sent to every subscriber as per the sender's selected SxSender email.
