How to Use Bulk Action in SendX

Welcome back. In this tutorial, we'll learn how to use bulk action in SendX. Bulk action helps you to perform actions on all the contacts of lists, segments, and tags.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Create a New Tag

• Identify the list you want to work with. For example, "Startup Newsletter Subscribers".

• Create a new tag and name it, for instance, "Subscriber List Bulk Action".

Step 2: Access the Settings Page

• Click on the profile icon located in the top left corner.

• Navigate to the settings page.

Step 3: Navigate to the Bulk Action Tab

• In the settings page, find and click on the "Bulk Action" tab.

Step 4: Run Bulk Action

• Click on the "Run Bulk Action" button.

• Name the bulk action for easy identification later. For example, "Subscriber List Tag".

Step 5: Select the List and Tag

• Select the list from which you want to transfer the contacts. In this case, "Startup Newsletter Subscribers".

• Select the tag to which you want to associate all the contacts.

Step 6: Execute the Bulk Action

• Click on "Run Bulk Action".

• Once you receive the message, "Bulk Action has been created successfully and is being executed," the process will begin.

• All the contacts in the "Startup Newsletter Subscriber List" will be associated with the tag.

Note: This process may take longer if your contact list is large.
