How to Enable and Customize Shortcuts in SendX

Hello everyone! In this guide, I will walk you through the steps to enable and customize shortcuts in SendX.

Step 1: Enable Shortcuts

1. Click on the profile icon in SendX.

2. Navigate to the Settings section.

3. Go to the Integration and Add-on panel.

4. Click on Add-ons.

5. Find the Shortcuts option and toggle it on.

Once the shortcuts are enabled, you can access the shortcut menu by pressing Control or Command and then Slash (/).

Step 2: Using Shortcuts

Here are some examples of how to use shortcuts:

• To go back, press B and then B.

• To create a new newsletter, press N and then N. This will redirect you to the Create New Campaign page.

Step 3: Customize Shortcuts

If you wish to customize the shortcuts, follow these steps:

1. Access the shortcut menu.

2. Choose the shortcut you want to change. For example, to change the shortcut for opening the shortcut menu:

3. Set the new shortcut, such as Command and then Zero (0).

4. Save your changes.

Now, when you press Command and then Zero (0), your shortcut menu will open.
