In this video, we will explore how to analyze newsletter campaign reports effectively. Follow these steps to understand your campaign's performance better.
Hover over the desired newsletter campaign.
Click on View Report to be redirected to the performance page of the campaign.
On the performance page, you will find high-level statistics such as:
Number of contacts the campaign was sent to.
Number of contacts who opened the campaign.
Unique opens and unique clicks.
Revenue stats (if revenue-related integration is enabled).
To analyze engagement over time, you can view:
Day-wise stats of opens and clicks over the last six months.
Check how your contacts are performing based on:
Geostats: Performance in different countries.
Device Stats: Performance on various devices.
Identify the most clicked links in your campaign.
Review email client stats to see which client performs better.
View the heatmap of your campaign to see where users clicked and spent their time.
For a detailed view, click on View Larger.
Scroll down to view:
Contact-level info for recipients of the campaign.
List of contacts who opened the email and clicked on the data.
On the Overview tab, you can find a detailed overview of the campaign, including:
Status of the campaign.
Subject and sender information.
Design, content, and recipients details.
Overall content of the campaign.
