How to Store and Reuse Custom Content Blocks

In this tutorial, we will learn how to store custom content blocks and reuse them later. Let's walk through an example to understand the process better.

Example: Saving an Email Header

  1. Identify the content block you want to save. In our example, we have an email where the header is used in every single mail.
  2. Click on the header to select it.
  3. Click on the save icon to store the content block.
  4. Give the content block a name. For instance, we will name it "main header".
  5. Click on the submit button.
  6. Once you see the success message, it means the custom content block has been saved successfully.

Reusing Saved Content Blocks

  1. Click on the "Rows" tab in your editor.
  2. Click on the dropdown menu and select "Saved Rows".
  3. All the custom content blocks you have saved will appear here.
  4. You can filter through the saved blocks by typing any keyword in the search bar.
  5. To reuse a saved block, simply drag and drop it into your email.

Now, the saved content block is available for your team, and you can reuse it in any of your emails whenever needed.

That's it, folks! Thanks for watching.
