How to Add Text Fields, Checkboxes, and Drop-downs to Your Embedded Form

Welcome back! In this tutorial, we will learn how to add text fields, checkboxes, and drop-downs to your embedded form.

Steps to Add Fields to Your Form

  1. Scroll down and click on the Add Fields button.
  2. To add a text input:
    • Click on the Text Input button.
    • A new text field will be added to your embedded form.
    • Name the text field. For example, name it as First Name and change the category to First Name.
    • You can drag and drop to change the ordering of the fields.
  3. To add a checkbox:
    • Give a title, for example, Please select the services you want.
    • Add options. For example:
      • First option: Online Consultancy and assign a tag for this option.
      • Second option: Export Services and associate it with the Export Services tag.
  4. To add a drop-down:
    • Ask a question, for example, State.
    • Add options for different states and associate them with relevant tags.

You have successfully added a text field, a drop-down, and a checkbox to your embedded form. Finally, hit Save and Continue.
