Understanding Workflow Reports and Stats

In this video, we will explore how to understand workflow reports and statistics. I have a workflow designed to retarget my inactive users. Let's break down the key elements of the workflow report.

High-Level Stats

  • 400 users are enrolled in this workflow.
  • 0 users are currently active.
  • 357 users have completed the workflow.
  • 43 users have exited the workflow.

Viewing the Complete Report

By clicking on the View Report button, you can access the complete report of this workflow. This report includes high-level statistics and the workflow goal. Since the goal is to retarget inactive users, an activated tag is added to contacts to track reactivation.

From the enrolled contacts, 10.75% have reactivated. The report provides detailed insights into each step of the workflow:

Step-by-Step Workflow Analysis

  • Trigger Step: 400 users have enrolled, and emails have been sent to 200 users.
  • Delay Step: Shows the number of users enrolled in this step.
  • Condition Step: Validates if the Funnel 12 tag has been added. Displays the number of contacts on the Yes Path and No Path.

If contacts take the Yes Path, an action is taken to add the activated tag. For those on the No Path, they are retargeted with an email.

Email Performance Report

For detailed email performance, click on View Email Report. This redirects you to a comprehensive performance report, including:

  • High-level stats
  • Engagement stats
  • Most clicked links
  • Heatmap
  • Contacts sent, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, and other stats

In the Overview section, you can see a summary of the email's performance.

That's it for this video. Thank you for watching.
