Want a clearer picture of how your emails are actually performing? With advanced deliverability analytics, you can gain detailed insights into your email deliverability through easy-to-understand metrics and reports. This allows you to see overall stats across your team, dive into performance by mailbox providers like Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft, and even track domain-level results to fine-tune your email delivery.
Click on the profile icon in the navigation bar.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Navigate to the Settings menu.
Click on Add-ons.
Select AI Deliverability Advisor.
In the AI Deliverability Advisor page, click on the Analytics tab.
In the Reports History section, click on the options icon next to the report generated on January 5th.
Click on View Report in the Reports History section.
Upon viewing the report, you will see detailed reporting on AI-powered analysis and insights. Performance is broken down by mailbox provider – Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. – by identifying the soft bounces per provider, not just in aggregate. This allows you to:
Spot provider-specific issues early, such as Gmail throttling vs Outlook deferrals.
Track the health score over time.
Receive recommendations to help address soft bounces.
Adjust sending volume at the mailbox provider level.
Diagnose warm-up or sender reputation issues.
Determine whether delivery problems are list-related or provider-specific.
Recent improvements help us understand how well the campaigns are performing by highlighting the latest results and improvements. Under the Stable Metrics tab, we can observe the open rate which has remained stable, indicating consistent engagement levels.
Click the Back to Reports button at the top right of the Deliverability Report page to return to the main menu.
Enabling AI Deliverability Reports equips you with smart, actionable insights into your email performance. With deeper visibility into delivery behaviours and reputation factors, you can optimise your campaigns, reduce failures, and consistently achieve better inbox placement.
