How to Filter and Clean Contacts Using the Filter by Status Option

In this guide, we will walk through the steps to filter and clean contacts using the "Filter by Status" option.

Steps to Filter and Clean Contacts

1. Access the Analytics Tab:

   • Click on the Analytics tab in the navigation bar.

2. Initiate Cleaning Process:

   • Press the Clean Now button on the page.

3. Select Contacts for Filtering:

   • In the modal, select All Contacts 30 option.

4. Filter by Status:

   • Choose Filter by Status in the modal.

   • Select the Valid 0 option under Filter by Status.

   • Click on Invalid under Filter by Status.

   • Click on Unknown under Filter by Status.

   • Ensure Filter by Status is selected with all options checked.

   • Click on Filter by Status to uncheck all options.

   • Click on Valid under Filter by Status.

   • Select the Invalid checkbox under Filter by Status.

   • Select the Unknown checkbox under Filter by Status.

   • Ensure Filter by Status is selected.

5. Finalize Selection for Cleaning:

   • Select All Contacts 30 for cleaning.

6. Start Cleaning:

   • Click the Start Cleaning button in the modal.

7. Review and Export Data:

   • In the main interface, observe the All-Time Contact Overview section.

   • In the Cleaning Activity section, click the Export button.

   • In the export data modal, click the Export button to confirm.
