Managing Contacts and Lists in a Form-Based Interface

This guide will walk you through the process of managing contacts and lists using a form-based interface.

Accessing the Dashboard

  • Click on the dashboard icon in the navigation bar.

  • Select "Audience" from the navigation bar.

  • Choose "Contacts" from the drop-down menu under "Audience".

Editing a Contact

  • Click on the three-dot menu next to a contact's name.

  • Select "Edit" from the drop-down menu.

  • In the form, click on the list drop-down to view available lists.

  • Select "Free E-book Leads" from the drop-down list.

  • Choose "All Webinar Leads" from the list options.

  • Ensure "All Webinar Leads" is added to the selected lists.

  • Click the drop-down arrow in the tag section to view available tags.

  • In the form, select the "Goal, Others" tag.

  • In the form, select the "Goal, Relationships" tag.

  • In the form, select the "Goal, Learning" tag.

  • In the form, click on "Add" under custom fields.

  • In the form, click the "Save" button.

Creating a New Contact

  • Click on the "Create Contact" button in the navigation bar.

  • In the form, select the "Goal, Health" tag from the drop-down menu.

  • In the form, click on "Add" next to the custom field section.

  • In the form, click on the "Create" button to finalize the entry.

Locating a Contact
